Fast Track ABA Center is seeking a dependable and professional Front Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our therapy center. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to families while assisting with basic administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally
- Respond to emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff
- Greet parents and clients and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Communicate with parents regarding scheduling and general questions
- Maintain and update central notes and administrative documentation
- Prepare and organize client materials for therapy sessions
- Track and manage clinic inventory and supplies
- Assist with filing, scanning, and other basic administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
- Support therapists and leadership with basic operational needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office or similar)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable interacting with families and children
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience
- Hospitality/Customer Service
- Experience in a medical, therapy, or clinic setting
Work Environment
This position operates in a pediatric therapy setting and involves regular interaction with children, parents, and clinical staff.
